Directions

The Natural History Museum is located at 900 Exposition Boulevard in Exposition Park, across from the University of Southern California (USC) between Vermont and Figueroa.

Take the Exposition Blvd. exit off the Harbor Freeway (110) and head west.

Parking in patrolled lots near the museum in Exposition Park is always available off Menlo Ave which is accessible from Exposition Boulevard.

Parking

Exposition Park Lot 3, west of Menlo just south of Exposition and east of Vermont. Cost for parking is usually $8, but may be more expensive if there is an event at the Coliseum (subject to change). Museum First Friday cost for parking is $8.

Wheelchair Access - All exhibits are accessible for wheelchairs and strollers. Wheelchairs and strollers may enter through the Staff Entrance on the Ground Level. Wheelchairs are available on a first-come first-serve basis and can be checked-out at the Staff Entrance by leaving a driver's license or other form of valid identification.

Weekend Parking - Museum west lot on the weekends: $5.00 for regular guests, $3.00 for members. Museum west lot is not available for guest parking on weekdays, except on museum holidays. On USC game days the Museum parking lots are reserved for Fellow members only. Parking is available on USC game days for museum guests only at Exposition Park Lot 3, west of Menlo just south of Exposition and east of Vermont on a first come first serve basis. Public Transportation From Downtown Los Angeles

From Union Station: Take the MTA Redline from Union Station to the 7th/Metro Station. Exit the station. Catch the Dash F bus at the corner of Seventh and Flower. The bus will stop in front of the University of Southern California across the street from the Natural History Museum on Exposition Blvd. Visit the MTA website for more information.
